OnSpot's 150kW Electric Heater and 20 ton Air Handler were originally designed to meet the demands of New York City buildings and manufacturing operations in Northern New Jersey. OnSpot manufactures heating and cooling equipment that is specifically designed to be compact, yet conservatively rated in terms of output.

OnSpot's HVAC equipment will allow the Plant Engineer to put 500,000 BTU's of fume free heat through a standard door opening. The 20 ton air handler is easily transported in a standard passenger elevator. All of the equipment comes standard with variable speed drives, to allow the user to adjust the air flow to the particular job requirements. All of the equipment is on wheels, which allows it to be very versatile.
